Privacy policy
Our full privacy policy is drafted and in legal review. It will be published here before we open beyond the pilot.
What already holds
- Your DMs go to your own private Beni; teammates and the team Beni can't read them.
- We don't use your data to train models, and our model provider's commercial terms say it doesn't either.
- The pilot is hosted in the EU (Helsinki, Finland).
Adding Beni to Slack
- When someone adds Beni to a Slack workspace, we keep the workspace's ID and name, the Slack user ID of the person who added it, the permissions Slack granted and the time. Slack's access token for Beni is stored encrypted. We don't store your email address or IP address for this.
- The Add to Slack button image on our pages is loaded from Slack's servers, so Slack sees that request.
- Like any web server, ours keeps a short access log of requests (including IP addresses) for security; it is overwritten as it rotates.
Pilot requests by email
- If you write to info@benigo.com, we use your email only to set you up and answer you.
