$100 a month per workspace, with $100 of credits included. Everyone on the team can use Beni; there is no per-seat fee. Planned launch pricing: billing isn't live yet.

1 credit = 1¢ of credit value. Everyone draws from one shared pool. You get a heads-up when 20% of the month's credits are left; at zero Beni says so and stops before running the model, so there is no surprise bill.

Measured in our pilot on 20 October 2026. Long conversations cost more, because Beni re-reads more context on each step.

- A monthly cap per person
- An admin sets a cap for each person, or one default for everyone. Each person gets one heads-up at 80% of their cap. At the cap, Beni doesn't start their next request and tells them the admin's limit was reached; everyone else keeps working. A cap is checked when a request starts, so one long request can run past it.

- An admin adds credit to the shared pool from the Admin page. Top-up credit never expires.

- The month's plan credit can be used that month and the next, then what is left expires. Beni always spends the credit that expires first.

- Everyone sees their own use against their cap in the Usage tab. Admins also see credits and turns per person for any month, the share of each cap used, a chart per day, the last six months and every top-up, with a CSV download.

Live in our Benigo workspace since 21 October 2026, not yet in Slack or Teams. Paying for top-ups by card isn't built yet; in the pilot an admin top-up adds credit without a payment.
Questions about billing
Is there a per-seat price? No. One workspace price covers everyone on the team.
What happens to unused credits? Plan credit carries over into the next month, then expires. Top-ups never expire.
Can we cap spend per person? Yes. An admin sets a monthly cap per person or a default for everyone. When someone reaches theirs, only their next request waits; the rest of the team keeps working.
When does billing start? When we open beyond the pilot. We'll write to every workspace before it does.
